Food & Beverage Service – Intensive

This course provides a detailed overview of food and beverage service operations, focusing on the critical role the department plays in delivering exceptional dining experiences and contributing to the hotel’s overall success. Participants will learn the end-to-end processes involved in managing food and beverage service tasks, from table setup and order taking to serving and clearing. The course emphasizes the importance of excellent customer service, effective communication, and the use of technology in streamlining operations. Key topics include menu knowledge, beverage service, hygiene and safety standards, and special event management. Participants will also gain practical experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems and learn how to handle customer complaints and feedback.
By the end of the course, participants will have the skills and knowledge required to manage food and beverage service operations effectively, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
