1. How do I enroll in a course?
To enroll, you must first attend any one of our FREE Friday Information Sessions at 9am – 12pm. This session gives you a full introduction to who we are, procedures & benefits of our trainings. Once completed, you can proceed online with registration for your preferred course.
2. What types of courses are available?
We offer hands-on in-person trainings in the following areas:
– Housekeeping
– Front Office Operations
– Kitchen Stewarding
– Food Production Principles
– Food & Beverage Service
– Supervision & Management
3. Are the courses accredited?
Our courses are designed to provide practical, job-ready skills rather than formal academic accreditation.
While not formally accredited, our training aligns with industry best practices and is recognized by employers in Hospitality.
Our Training programs are developed in collaboration with industry professionals to ensure relevance in the workplace. Many of our ALUMNI have successfully used these skills to advance their careers or secure employment in Hospitality. The focus is on hands-on training and real-world application to meet employer needs.
4. How much time do I need to dedicate to a course?
Each course runs THREE TIMES a week for FOUR WEEKS from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, totalling approximately 60 hours of training.
5. What are the technical requirements?
There are no major technical requirements. Just show up with a willingness to learn! After our one on one career sessions, we will guide you in choosing the right department suitable with your personality.
6. Is there any instructor support?
Absolutely. Our facilitators are experienced professionals in the hospitality industry, and they are available to support and guide you throughout the course.
7. Can I access course materials offline?
No. Course materials are only accessible during training sessions. We encourage active participation during class to get the most out of the experience.
8. What happens if I need to drop or withdraw from a course?
Please note that *fees paid are non-refundable*. We encourage you to be sure about your decision before enrolling.
9. Are there any additional costs besides the course fees?
No. There are no hidden or extra costs. The training fee covers everything you need, including course materials and soft copy certification.
10. What happens after I complete a course?
Upon Success completion of training & payment, you’ll receive your certificate and automatically be added to our HOSPITALITY JOB DATABASE, increasing your chances of placement within the hospitality industry.
